and recovery room for all types of cosmetic surgery. Specialized
technology is available to perform: laser surgery, endoscopic surgery,
tumescent, and twilight or general anesthetic. An on-site skin care
center provides a procedure room for removal of skin lesions and other
outpatient treatments, and offers a wide selection skin care products.
A plastic surgery educational area includes a video library for
patient use. The facility's operating area is fully accredited: we
meet nationally recognized standards for quality health care services.

A written fee schedule for
all services is provided after initial consultation. When more than
one procedure is involved, the secondary procedure may be discounted.
MPS accepts a variety of payment methods, including MasterCard, VISA,
American Express, and Discover card. An ASPRS-endorsed financing
program is available.

insurance carriers and will work with your insurance company and
primary care physician to generate the necessary pre-authorizations
and referrals.

Patient Information forms
will be mailed after you schedule your appointment. Please bring the
completed form to your appointment along with relevant insurance and
billing information, such as carrier name and policy number and
Workers' Comp address.
